Possible to develop emotional intelligence (basically because otherwise you would not last 2 months). Possible to learn how to manage conflict (because there is a lot of it).
Cons
This company affects your happiness. Some people get anxiety attacks and not because of the workload but because of the management. The reason this company is "doing well" is because they have a lot of market share. They got a lot of market share because they bought a big competitor that sold itself to them.
