      Pros

      Great staff, great benefits, making life saving product. You can learn a lot about how the products are made and where they go. Donors are always a handful but enjoyable most times.

      Cons

      There is no work life balance. The staff is over worked. Even if you pass all external audits, and have no major issues, you can fail internal audits. Other employees are given powerful positions and they can set you up for failure because higher management will listen to them before you. Held accountable for situations and/or time periods you were not even at a location. It is very much a bullying atmosphere. You do what I say or else there are repercussions.
