- Big company on IBEX-35. Looks really good on CV - Job security - Great (but old) product in a great industry - Subsidized meals
Cons
- Bad middle management: widely unprepared and unempathic - Bad working environment stemming from bad management - Obsolete working tools and methodology - Very slow career progression. Virtual promotion with no real day-to-day added responsibility - Very poor salary increases - In some departments, work/life balance is impossible
