- Transparency since day 0
- Fast-paced onboarding, you get all the context needed and can start delivering value in the first week
- Hybrid model helps a lot on keeping the meetings for onsite days, so focusing on WFH days is easier
Cons
- Hybrid model 2 onsite / 3 WFH would be perfect (it's current the opposite). Not a big con honestly, the office and the people are amazing, and I'm saying that as an introvert!
Glovo Response

It’s great to hear that your onboarding went so smoothly and that you are enjoying the work in the Tech team..
Thanks for sharing your perspective, and enjoy the ride!
Working as a Glovo delivery driver has both good and bad sides. The flexible schedule is one of the best things, because you can choose when to work and earn extra money. The app is usually easy to use, and in busy hours it is possible to make decent earnings.
Cons
On the negative side, income is not always stable and depends a lot on demand, weather, and tips. Sometimes the distances are long and the pay does not fully match the effort, especially with fuel or bike maintenance costs. Customer support can also be slow when there is a problem with an order.
