Pros

The exit door. That's it.

Cons

Where do I even begin. This place is a masterclass in how NOT to run a company. Management rules through fear and intimidation... if you speak up, you get sidelined, humiliated in front of colleagues, or quietly pushed out. That is not leadership, that is workplace bullying, plain and simple. Micromanagement is on a level I've never seen before. You can't slack someone, take a bathroom break, or breathe without someone breathing down your neck. There is ZERO trust in employees, and it kills any motivation or creativity dead on arrival. Overtime is not optional: it's expected, demanded, and not compensated. Hours are tracked when it benefits them and conveniently "forgotten". Pretty sure several of their practices are illegal. HR is completely useless: they exist to protect the company, not you. The culture encourages you to treat colleagues and reports disrespectfully. Shouting, passive-aggressive messages, and public humiliations are normalized. New employees are shocked. Long-timers are just broken.

Pros

Working as a Glovo delivery driver has both good and bad sides. The flexible schedule is one of the best things, because you can choose when to work and earn extra money. The app is usually easy to use, and in busy hours it is possible to make decent earnings.

Cons

On the negative side, income is not always stable and depends a lot on demand, weather, and tips. Sometimes the distances are long and the pay does not fully match the effort, especially with fuel or bike maintenance costs. Customer support can also be slow when there is a problem with an order.
