Management does not appreciate employees experience or knowledge - Financial Analyst GSK Employee Review

Alot of favoritism and many opportunities for advancement, especially if you do not have a Master's degree. They value degrees over knowledge and experience except for their executive team who half only had Master degrees or above. Work environment is dismal due to so many cutbacks and work overload.
