      It was very hard to get promoted out of the field Had a very big good old boys club Compensation could fluctuate greatly, depending on management structured the comp plan for the quarter

      Fast paced work and a lot of very driven co-workers that are passionate about the work they do and delivering medicines to patients

      Cons

      re-organization decimated the company culture. takes a long time to move up with the company. pay is considerably less compared to what other companies pay for role.
