The pay is pretty good. You get left alone to do your work for the most part. They are pretty good at approving leave.
Cons
endless phone meetings that go nowhere and accomplish nothing. constant internal restructures. no budget to improve anything. total lack of processes in regards to doing anything. no documentation for any internal systems.
