Pros

you get paid but pocket change only compare to the earnings of the management billions daily but you only received pocket change every month from your hard word and dedication.

Cons

-Power tripping officers specially BRIAN the bald fat guy OM in LG baguio loakan he likes to micro manage people specially the people who he doesnt like for little or no reason at all he wants to show to everyone he is in charge -Useless HRs after reporting BRIAN from HR there still no action or update plus BRIAN got promoted to OM while i was working in this company -Nepotism/politics the former OM before Brian got promoted i reported BRIAN to the former OM but former OM replied to me "leave it as is just do you work" he even turns into a blind eye for BRIAN the former OM is not just aware to BRIAN's he is also witnessed everything but he choose to ignore it but when the other employees specially the non officers or he doesnt like he threats them for their minor mistakes that has no major impact at all. -Next to none wage the company is making billions daily but the employees specially us the front liners get pocket change every month minimum wage high rent and other expenses the management didnt think or care about the well being of each employees specially the front liners -Fake paid leaves filling a leave in this company is almost impossible example you filled a leave more than 15 days prior to the date majority of the results denied even in non holidays regular seasons the reason that the management are giving is we need people for that day. seriously they included paid leave but mostly it cant be used because of unreasonable excuses plus if you call in sick you will be criticized and judged the officer will say to you if you can go to work cause your faking your sick or dont want to go to work at all just send your NTE when you get back. seriously but i responded back saying ill go to work but if my condition worsen are you responsible for it and my well being? the officer just bring your documents when going back to work. -Unsecured Job many of their employees was been removed because the company's profit decreased by a few percent many of the employees specially the front liners went on strike protested the strike went viral the government had to step in and summoned this company upper management about removing many employees illegally I have so many cons about this company i couldnt write them all but all of my examples are just the tip of the ice burg however i think i made my statement clear based on my experience working for that worst company

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
