Pros

i work from home so less stress then going into the office..but they make you pay for your own phone and internet service..Job was wonderful for the first year until management changed. They have a few different campains you can choose from to work from home so you can be flexiable with schedule. They are very leaniante with people who are in school which is good I mean overall they are not that bad untill you have been there for awhile and really see whats going on and cant put up with the crap anymore.

Cons

Management changes week to week. But they dont tell you .. Hr well thats a joke..we didnt have an HR department for over 2 months. No one told us. We have coaches and quiting and getting hired and fired and no ones knows untill someone else say oh they are gone..NO emails to let you know the changes or team meetings to let you whats going on. Or there will a change in policy a big one. and we will just get an email about it and we dont ever have time to read them and then get introuble for not following it. Like i said prior when i first started the first year was great the Operations Manger at the time made sure every employee knew the changes and knew what was going on everyone felt comfortable in there jobs they were happy and no everyone hates there jobs and no one wants to come to work anymore.. The QA department changed no one passes QAs anymore and i mean NO ONE. Even the people who were stepped down from QA before.. Its really sad we were topped in rank for the campaign we worked for top2 and now we are in the bottom becuase upper management cant get the company moral together and treat us like we are people but just some number on a sheet of paper the keeps creeping down the list..

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
