Pros
Not much for pros. Paid training. Other campaigns to work if you get tired of one. They have all the equipment for you.
Cons
Poor pay, no support when working on campaigns, when you do get help there is major attitude and no help with product. Come to find out the help is the same people you were in training with. All you get use your tools. Coaches had no clue about product or procedure. Promised one schedule and it constantly changes without warning. I was putting my notice in because my experience was getting worse when I was told if I stayed I would go to the next campaign and I wouldn't have these issues. Needless to say the communication wasn't there because I was let go after the temp job was over but they forgot to inform me. Great thing is I can apply again in 6 months! <<< Sarcasm!
