Pros

position so far is pretty easy. i've been employed almost 90 days

Cons

they could pay way more starting pay is $9 p/h and i feel because of the work load pay should at least be $12. the project i'm on has a sales quota, basically they give you a verbal warning then a written warning before actually letting you go if you don't meet your quota. you have a couple weeks in between your warnings to get your quota up and if there's no improvement they'll let you go. I hate sales quotas. I was told it was small sales in this position well it's not they push you to make sales i don't plan on staying with this company much longer than another month i thought i was doing strictly customer service. if you like sales then this company is for you. they also will add mandatory overtime to your schedule without warning

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
