Pros

The Executives are all very personable.

Cons

The harder you work the more they ask with no additional compensation, not even a small cost of living increase but the execs and higher ups always get their bonuses. The moral is very low, folks complain constantly and the average pay is about 7k less than the local pay scale. You have to fight to get days like Christmas Eve, day after Thanksgiving etc off. It's based on seniority and while some get all of the days off others do not. Very old school business practices, micro management and strong favoritism allowing others to by pass all written policies. You get hired for one job and end up with 2-3 additional again, with no compensation.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
