Pros
Well paid with lots of high profile projects. Good benefits and can't complain about the professionalism of the staff. Farnborough campus is a modern place to work.
Cons
Company is very corporate in an American way (it is a US firm!). Lots of irrelevant lunch time initiatives to boost their training figures, which are not a good replacement for proper courses.
