Where do I start... -Very little leadership... This is horrible, considering how big this organization is. -Highly incompetent people in highly influential positions (it takes the client pointing out a persons incompetence in order to get bad people off a project) -No annual review, or feedback of any sort... You dont know whether you are doing good, average, or poorly... -I cannot stress how unorganized the management is. -The politics... Its how the bad people stay where they are at.
