Pros
Higher pay in comparison to the local firms in the Philippines. Working Environment is very good. You really feel like you are in an international company.
Cons
Lay-off is normal. No project, bye-bye employment. Basically Corporate America at its finest! Want to do Lump Sum projects, but keeps doing it like it's Cost-reimbursable! No yearly increase even if Inflation is high in the country. Promotion is for extroverts only.
