Pros

Benefits are good and are given within 30 days of hire. Employer began to match 401K again. Depending on who your manager is, there is some flexibility with your work schedule.

Cons

Salary is on the very low range for some individuals who were hired about two years ago. New hires are hired at a higher rate but with less experience, yet there are no adjustment made to the salaries of those who were hired before. Most managers/supervisors do not possess the skills to manage personnel, therefore are not very effective. Some manage/supervise through intimidation and do not mentor or train their subordinates...what makes matters worse is the upper management does not correct this at all.

Pros

-control over your own schedule/independence -minimal micro management -opportunity for advancement

Cons

As of today it was announced the 9/80 flexible every other Friday off schedule is no more. This is a warning to potential employees. For me this was a huge perk and critical to work/life balance. It is very unfortunate and I am reconsidering my future with this company. The current job openings however still advertise the 9/80 schedule so be aware Management also continues to make decisions that are supposed to save money but end up creating more waste and spend more money than they are worth.
