      Pros

      The company environment was always great. We went through a company change when we went under the Fluidra umbrella from Zodiac but it was worked at so well by management that it was seamless or at least it felt that way. I believe it led to a great experience for all employees.

      Cons

      Truthfully there really were no downsides outside of the Covid 19 Pandemic
