      Pros

      Been with my company for almost 15 years now. We are progressive, the leader in the market, innovative, and work closely as a team. We have great leadership within the organization and the company continues to improve daily on our personal and professional lifestyles.

      Cons

      We have grown so fast in the last 3-5 years that is hard to keep up with all that is going on. A lot of new people to try to get to know as well as train. Some departments are harder to grasp due to the nature of the position so it might take longer to train.

      -control over your own schedule/independence -minimal micro management -opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      As of today it was announced the 9/80 flexible every other Friday off schedule is no more. This is a warning to potential employees. For me this was a huge perk and critical to work/life balance. It is very unfortunate and I am reconsidering my future with this company. The current job openings however still advertise the 9/80 schedule so be aware Management also continues to make decisions that are supposed to save money but end up creating more waste and spend more money than they are worth.
