      Zodiac is a company on the rise. We are aggressively striving to be the best globally and it shows through our actions. The relationship between company and employees feels more like a family enviroment, rather than business.

      Cons

      With rapid growth in any situation, you will come across speed bumps in the road. At times those speed bumps can bring progress to a complete stop. This is, and can be frustrating, but taking the time to find the best resolution is key.

      -control over your own schedule/independence -minimal micro management -opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      As of today it was announced the 9/80 flexible every other Friday off schedule is no more. This is a warning to potential employees. For me this was a huge perk and critical to work/life balance. It is very unfortunate and I am reconsidering my future with this company. The current job openings however still advertise the 9/80 schedule so be aware Management also continues to make decisions that are supposed to save money but end up creating more waste and spend more money than they are worth.
