      Pros

      I love the people I work with most of the management is wonderful!!!! Good benefits and I love having almost 2 weeks off in Dec. almost fully paid

      Cons

      Excessive hours and lack of time of training. Had to advance into another position or department. Don't treat long time employees as valuable.

      -control over your own schedule/independence -minimal micro management -opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      As of today it was announced the 9/80 flexible every other Friday off schedule is no more. This is a warning to potential employees. For me this was a huge perk and critical to work/life balance. It is very unfortunate and I am reconsidering my future with this company. The current job openings however still advertise the 9/80 schedule so be aware Management also continues to make decisions that are supposed to save money but end up creating more waste and spend more money than they are worth.
