      International company, footprint everywhere. Business isnt doing well, oil is down too much, no work life balnace I dont knowf

      Cons

      No bonus this year, no work live balance, no christmas party, constant layoffs, replacing talented staff with H1s. Bad location

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

      Pros

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
