Working at Flowserve has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From day one, I've been impressed by the supportive talent hiring team and the corporate leadership team. The leadership team is genuinely invested in the growth and well-being of their employees.

Cons

No company is perfect. While Flowserve have established long success journey, but things are changing constantly in today's world so innovation in all aspects is the key to success.

Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.
