      The pay and benefits are good. Engaging problems to solve and supportive coworkers, improvements to be made for those wanting a challenge.

      Cons

      Low oil prices are causing work levels to drop. Soft market conditions are in the energy sector are contributing to massive layoffs. Company continues to move manufacturing and engineering to low cost countries.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
