Pros

Great training program. A few very talented and brilliant people.so large that if Flowserve wants it, they will get it. When traveling, hotel choices available internationally are great. Kerry Hotel.

Cons

The majority of employees are not talented but those who are, have expert level knowledge. Too many layers of management. 2% raise per year until you leave. 16 hour flights in economy. No uniform policy on compensation for working weekends and holidays.

Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

Pros

A lot of good people working here.

Cons

Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
