      Pros

      Good place to work. Challenging tasks, value for hard work, customer focused and good cooperation from the team members. Good IT and Infrastructure.. Overseas travel for taining.

      Cons

      Less focused on innovation. Most of the standardisation work is carried out. Less focused on employee and more customer focused. Need to praise your immediate managers for them to recognise your work. Mangers are not techically strong

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

      Pros

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
