Casual Fridays, week off at Christmas, Summer hours, Cash Retirement Plan, AIP bonus based on Company performance, flexible work hours depending on your department, unlimited sick time

Cons

Your yearly raise isn't based on your performance! Only get a percentage of money to divide between your team. Salaries are low!

Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

Pros

A lot of good people working here.

Cons

Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
