      Only my work colleagues were worth it.

      I was shock to be surrounded by so many incompetent "professionals", from RH to Management nobody's scapes. Even on my last payment they managed to do it wrong. I can only speak from the Italian team and I can ensure that you will sofrer "harassment" from your team leader's and manager, I know cases of "jokes" (aka bullying), managers screaming with employees and making they cry, team leaders giving perks to employees that they like and not caring about the others and so on and so on...

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
