Pros
FedEx provides lots of free training in various aspects of the job, from graphic design to time management and sales strategies. Most of my co-workers were friendly and competent, and the benefits were great, although they were gradually being whittled back with changes in upper management.
Cons
It can be a very stressful and tedious job, especially considering how little entry-level employees are paid. In the time I was working there, many benefits were cut, including 401(k) matching and employee discounts.
