Pros

Good benefits, decent work life balance.

Cons

Consistently stressful customer interactions due to things beyond your control. The overseeing hand of FedEx as limited interest in the growth or development of the retail employees. Long term Kinko's employees are given a lower salary than comparable roles under FedEx.

work from home so you are secluded and it is hard to meet other teams to advance your career

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
