Pros

Paid Time Off. Discount on Shipping. Get to use the adobe creative suite and microsoft office on a daily basis. Never boring.

Cons

Sometimes too fast paced. Not nearly enough compensation for the workload and required skill set. Work environment can be frustrating when you are constantly pulled away from your current project to help a customer at the counter. Training is often focused on how to talk to customers instead of how to use the software and machines.

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
