Pros
Good benefits, co-workers are nice and willing to lend a hand
Cons
It's an old school company with an antiquated style of working (i.e. you have to be there for 8 hours a day, even if your work is done for the day). They don't seem open to the idea of flexible work hours, which is rather sobering. Also there is no parking garage which can be brutal during the summer months or stormy weather.
