Pros

Made great friends, we were truly a team; seeing people satisfied with their products was very heartwarming; the job itself was easy; at my store we could learn any aspect of the job from customer service to design; it's very easy to move up as long as you have the passion to do so.

Cons

Management does not care about the employees, would throw you under the bus in a heart beat. If not for the support of the coworkers I don't think I would have made it 3.5 years with the company; raises are cents a year- I went from $10/hr to $10.30 in two years and on my 3rd year review I was given $12/hr because I was told they didn't accurately assess my skills in my previous PA's.

do not micro manage encourage making decisions on your own team work

work from home so you are secluded and it is hard to meet other teams to advance your career

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
