      Pros

      FedEx office gives people the chance to learn and progress in the company. The schedules are flexible especially if you are in school. Management is understanding and supportive no matter what the situation. The feeling of security is present when working for FedEx. Unlike my previous company, who fired who they wanted whenever, FedEx gives me a comfortable, secure feeling overall.

      Cons

      FedEx Office gets many kind of customers, especially the ones that need things immediately. Customers can be pushy and rude, but this is the nature of the retail business. Communication is key; always let customers know whats going on.

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
