      Pros

      Solid pay and benefits, off every weekend. Dispatch won’t force you to back into a dock you’re not comfortable with, and most drivers are friendly.

      Cons

      If the company is slow and you’re a new driver you will work the dock. You get to keep your driver wage, but you’ll be working 4:30pm to 1:00am or complete 3rd shift schedule.

      Pros

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Cons

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
