Benefits , the fedex brand , every one thinks you work for great company.
Cons
Very demanding work load, with no support from upper managment, when you ask for help your told we are all busy, rather than help someone succeed , you are told to document and write the employee up to start the termination process. Very high turnover for managment and hourly associates , you never know from one day to the next when you will be terminated.
