      •Predetermined pay raises •Great for full-time college students •Straight forward work and expectations •A forklift training program •Great co-workers and responsible supervisors •Good benefits

      Cons

      •You may get a lot of messed up trailers where you have to re-stack heavy boxes onto a pallet because whoever loaded the trailer didn't strap their freight to the walls of the trailer. •The dock can be overly crowded later in the shift because drivers decide to come in and rearrange their own trailers.

      Pros

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Cons

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
