My teammates were nice people and easy to get along with. Excellent work/life balance. High morale. Treats employees very well. Once you’re in, you’re in.
Cons
Not an innovative company. “Corporate office” is 2.5 floors of an old shared office building with a break room. Hasn’t been redesigned since Reagan was in office. Not an inspiring office. Same can be said of the software and technology. Very old tools and methods. Will drive any innovative, forward-thinking person crazy. This company is one market disrupter away from extinction. It is NOT on par with Express or Ground. Anyone with any degree of skill and performance can be promoted or given a raise if they show up to work long enough. The mediocre stay. The talented pack up and run. Favoritism. Nepotism. GOOD OLE BOYS NETWORK
