      Lots of advancement opportunities, great pay at top scale, top scale within a year, annual incentive compensation, full benefits for part-time and full-time, flexible schedule, consistent everyday schedule.

      Cons

      Exposure to extreme weather (i.e. extreme cold, extreme heat), dusty, dirty, must maintain quota or be sent home, long hours for full-time, some mandatory overtime.

      Pros

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Cons

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
