Pros
Benefits seem to be really good; I was not expecting to remain employed part time with this industry beyond this past Summer. Less than 6 months work experience for me in the industry and I appreciate the opportunity to take a look at a totally new business area to work for and I hope I can continue to work for the company once I become hired full time again with other companies.
Cons
Schedule changes vary week to week and the turn over is constant (Not much can be done about co-worker’s demeanor and work availability).
