Pros
Overtime is almost always there. Meet a lot of different people from all backgrounds. Management is there when you need to speak with them (open door policy is enforced).
Cons
limited room for advancement due to hiring from other centers and the abundant apps from outside the company. Structured interviews allow inadequate (lazy) people to get hired on who then lower dock morale with poor production and work ethic.
