      Pros

      Thinking back on the interview, it is not what was expected. Pay for the amount of work is very low. Most people on team are really great to work with, Can be difficult to find experienced person who will take time to train you.

      Cons

      Large assortment of duties to cover weekly. Pay dependent on everyone's sales. No reward for your contribution and no raises.

      Good job to have during college. People are easy going and easy to get along with. Overall really good experience

      Local teams are great to work with

      Corporate level has a ton of miscommunication if any, no room to grow unless you want to travel, watched others be forced into positions or let go, grade you on aspects you cannot control no matter how many excuses they give you that you can.
