Pros
Great "career" advancement and other opportunities to work within the company. Many good vendor resources to help with your customer needs/sales. Many training programs and they constantly add more that you are required to complete.
Cons
Constant revolving door of employees which helps with the "career" advancements (in my 5 years I had 10+ employees fired/quit). When you need help you do not get it even if you are the only person at your location. There is constant changes in how you're suppose to do your job as well as in compensation.
