      Pros

      Co-works are awesome. Real laid back and let you work at your own pace and great hours.

      Cons

      Too much like a door to door sales men and way too much focus on larger clients. So no real relationship last if the dollar amount isn't going up.

      Local teams are great to work with

      Corporate level has a ton of miscommunication if any, no room to grow unless you want to travel, watched others be forced into positions or let go, grade you on aspects you cannot control no matter how many excuses they give you that you can.
