Management is a joke - Inventory Control Specialist Fastenal Employee Review

I watched and learned quickly it's not about how you do your job, it's about who you know. Promotions given to people who are unqualified, people who actually know what they're doing getting screwed over, departments managers covering each other's butts and everyone is sleeping with everyone. I saw so many people dedicate their lives to the job and get screwed over many times because someone who was friends with upper management got the promotion or raise. I will never work at another fastenal location or be a fastenal customer again.
