Pros
Schedule is great. You can leave work at work. Really relaxed atmosphere. Co workers are great. Build a lot of connections
Cons
Pay is awful for what we did. You get the feeling that you are disposable/ replaceable. Upper Management is always complaining about what we did wrong. The store employees are blamed for 90% of the companies problems, even problems that only upper management seem to have access to fix or change. Had to push programs that seemed to be very ineffective and unresponsible.
