      Pros

      great sales experience, good corporate structure, good benefits Fastenal is a very smart company. Fastenal knows exactly what they need to accomplish to secure that their stock will be successful.

      limited advancement opportunities, micro-managed, compensation dependent, extremely performance based, low end of salary range

      Good job to have during college. People are easy going and easy to get along with. Overall really good experience

      Pros

      You get to meet great people along the way. POS system is a great tool.

      Cons

      Fastenal does not do performance reviews. Trying to get a raise is near impossible. When you ask for a raise they upper management says that you need to sell more..... Fastenal seems like it's trying to weed out there tenure employees and higher college grads with no experience and little pay to replace seasoned personnel.
