Pros
The employees you work with on a day to day basis are usually good people.
Cons
Once you get past a certain level there is no chance to grow, professionally or financially. They’ll lie and say you can grow your salary but there is no chance. Pay is TERRIBLE. For managers that are in charge of making sure the location is running efficiently they should be paid much more. “Commission” is tied to things out of your control. They pay operations managers .25% on sales over 100k, typically averages out to 1,000 a month on a laughingly low salary. Racism is prevalent, from the customers to the corporate employees. There’s hardly any other race that is in a position of power here. It’s all a good ol boys club they only hire their buddies so they can play golf during the work day.
