Pros
It has won the Best Company to Work for in Portugal Award every year. It also has lots of benefits such as extra holiday days, remote working, summer hours, flexible working hours and partnerships with gyms.
Cons
I think there are few negative points, not least because it's a growing company. One of them was a clear career plan for all employees, something that has now been implemented.
