Pros
Amazing work environment and the job is overall exciting. You get to know and work with different companies from different sectors, which is very interesting. Work-life balance is also pretty good. The company is growing more and more each day, it's great to be a part of it
Cons
Eventhough it's a multinational company, there's not a lot of the interconnection between the different countries. Also, the company is quite small, so career opportunities are rather limited. Salary could be a little better as well
